Jimi Schlegel, AKA Mr. Bagel, cut his teeth in the 80s LA nightclub scene at places like the Troubadour (site of Elton John's first American appearance) and Madame Wong's. Mr. Bagel's musical career, spanning nearly four decades, began with original rock and roll band, Easy Street. He has opened for such diverse acts as legendary jazz drummer Louis Bellson and Blue Oyster Cult. Whether touring with country acts throughout the western United States, playing R&B in southeast Asia, or performing with North Puget Sound favorite, Johnny Bulldog, Mr. Bagel has always prided himself in being a "dancer-friendly" multi-instrumentalist and singer.
